e-Bike/Motorized Pedalcycle Information

2026-2027 HHS e-Bike/Motorized Pedalcycle Parking Permit Information & Guidelines

It is very important that the school be able to identify the owner of any vehicle parked on campus during the course of the school day; therefore, all student parking (vehicles, e-Bikes, motorized Pedalcycles) on campus is by permit only.

Please fully read the General Parking Permit Guidelines below prior to completing the application.

e-Bike/Motorized Pedalcycle: Parking Permit Application for 2026-2027 School Year

Any student riding an e-Bike/motorized pedalcycle on campus must register their bike by obtaining a parking permit.  Students must use and lock up their bikes using one of the school provided bike racks.  Locations are subject to change throughout the renovation project.

1. At no time may the bike and/or battery enter the school. 
2. Students riding an e-Bike/motorized pedalcycle must be at least 16 years old (by law) and follow all laws/regulations for items such as, but not limited to: obtaining a license, registration, insurance, wearing helmets, etc. 
3. Parking permits will be valid for the duration of the school year.
4. Parking spaces at the bike racks are not assigned & parking is first-come, first-served.
5. Parking fees are non-refundable.
6. Parking permits are non-transferable. If you take the permit off the bike, it will destroy the permit. 
7. Violations will result in the loss of parking privileges for all students involved for the remainder of the year.

Parking permit fees are based on when the permit is purchased during the school year. 

Payment can be made through SchoolCafé or cash payments will be accepted in the Franklin Office. No personal checks can be accepted.
