Transcript Requests

Hempfield Alumni Transcript Requests

Alumni transcripts can be requested via Parchment. Parchment will also send your transcript directly to colleges, universities, other schools, and employers.

  1. Register for an account with Parchment at https://www.parchment.com/u/registration/20883/account
  2. Create a new order for a transcript. You will need the following information:
    • Full name
    • Birthdate
    • Year of graduation
    • Transcript destination(s)

Charges:

  • There is a $4.15 charge for an emailed transcript.
  • There is a $6.95 charge for mailing a transcript.

Current Student Transcript Requests

Every college needs your transcript, and it must be sent from our office, either electronically or via US mail using SchooLinks. To request this, use SchooLinks. In SchooLinks, select the school that needs a transcript by clicking the pencil icon next to the school. On the application details page, you will see that any required documents from school counselors have been automatically requested. Once the transcript has been sent and viewed by the college, you will see a Doc ID + date. Remember to allow for five days of processing to ensure your deadlines are met.
